Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version: except where the law says otherwise, payments to QuantumPips are final and non-refundable.

Top-ups.Crypto payments can't be reversed, so topped-up balances aren't refundable — but the balance stays in your wallet to spend on the service.

Subscriptions.Cancel auto-renewal whenever you like and you won't be charged again; the period you've already paid for isn't refunded, and your access runs until it ends.

Slots.Once a slot is active, it's non-refundable.

Beta.If something goes wrong with a beta feature, that isn't grounds for a refund or compensation.

The exceptions.Genuine duplicate or mistaken charges, or anything the law requires us to refund, we'll sort out case by case — contact us quickly.

Worth remembering. Funding your wallet is not an investment and carries no guaranteed return. Trading itself is risky, and money you lose trading is not refundable.
